The parking availability is always nice. The work orders get filled pretty quick when you need work done on your place. Tosha in the leasing office is super helpful and friendly. Overall a pretty good place to live. The interiors of the apartments are redone and super nice with good quality appliances and beautiful floors. Rooms are spacious and closet space is nice as well.

Location in community of Saugus is great. Quiet, private and nice location. Apartment complex is small which I like. My neighbors seem trustworthy and all are respectful.
